Is-sinjal għal TRASPORT PUBBLIKU għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel isir is-sinjal imqassar għal TRASPORT. L-idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ T bil-pala tħares ’l isfel jew ’il ġewwa. Jibdew lejn in-nofs u jimxu ’il quddiem u lura, id kontra l-oħra xi darbtejn. (ii) Imbagħad isir is-sinjal għal MIFTUĦ. L-idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ 5 bil-pala tħares ġewwa. L-idejn jibdew fin-nofs bis-swaba’ ħdejn xulxin imbagħad jersqu lejn il-ġnub biex il-pala tiġi tħares djagonalment ’il barra.
The sign for PUBLIC TRANSPORT has two parts. (i) The first part is the shortened sign for TRANSPORT. It is made with the hands that take the shape of T with palms facing downwards or inwards. The hands start off towards the middle and move forwards and backwards in opposite directions about twice. (ii) The sign for OPEN is then made. The hands take the shape of 5 with palms facing inwards. The hands start off in the middle with the fingers near each other and then move to the sides so that the palms end up facing outwards diagonally.
